4. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Before production, customers and EdcShiny must communicate and mutually confirm the final design, colors, lettering, patterns, and other customization requirements. Production begins after final confirmation. Custom orders are typically completed and shipped within 7 business days after confirmation; consultation, revisions, and approval time are excluded.

Please review spelling, designs, and other specifications carefully before confirming. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. Custom items that are defect-free and match the confirmed specifications cannot be returned or exchanged solely due to a change of mind or personal preference, except as required by law.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized orders are typically completed and shipped within 7 business days after final customization confirmation. Fulfillment is subject to successful payment, product availability, and accurate order information. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about a suitable solution or refund.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the website. We provide free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and payment must be completed before processing.

7. SHIPPING

Available destinations, tracking, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment, excluding processing and customization consultation time.
